China Glaze Lighthouse

Hi lovely ladies, I hope y'all's weekend has been great so far :D Today, I have China Glaze Lighthouse from their 2011 Anchors Away Collection.  This is jelly based shiny shimmery bright yellow. This was a bit sheer. The formula was great, very easy to apply.  I used 3 coats and topped with Essie Good to Go. I was going to do a Texans themed mani, but didn't want to fuss too much. So, I chose this awesome bright yellow so they'd be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel as they play the Ravens today. LOL Have a great Sunday :D

Sun-Sational vs Pippa

Hi ladies, It's Friday! Whoop Whoop! Monday, it's back to school for me :/ I want to be on vacy like forever! HAHA I have so much to say today so let's just get to it :D

Today, I have quick comparison of Zoya's Pippa and Ulta's Sun-Sational. To be fair the sun was out yesterday and today it was trying to come out. I think if the sun was as bright today there wouldn't be a difference in the pic, actually in real life, it may be an exact substitute for Pippa sun or not. Both formulas went on a bit streaky, but Zoya's leveled out nicely while Ulta's didn't. I paid $8 for Pippa and .50 for Sun-Sational, yes .50! I bought a ton of Ulta polish that day! You decide :D

Sunshine in a bottle

Hi lovely ladies :D It's almost the weekend! WHOOP WHOOP I wanted something bright and happy, today that color is yellow. I chose Zoya's Pippa and let me tell you it is AWESOME! Talk about sunshine in a bottle! I normally don't do yellows because I think they're like white polish; chalky. It isn't at all! The formula was great, although it went on a little streaky it leveled out when I added TC. I thought about putting it over white like I see so many others do to get the yellow to pop, but I didn't want to fuss with white, plus I got a little lazy :) I'm so glad I didn't because Pippa doesn't need help to pop! I was going to stamp it, but I want to enjoy it on it's own first :D I'll stamp it later. If you don't have Pippa, you should add it to your collection. Have a great day ladies :D Sorry about the crazy alignment, I'm to lazy to fix it :) Oh, this is 2 coats topped with Essie TC :D
