Order of the Garter

Hey everyone :D It's Thankful Thursday! That means it's closer to the weekend! YAY :D I just have a quick post today.

I chose a England Order of the Garter. This is a great blue with a teal shimmer. The formula was a little different from the other 2 I tried, not in a bad way just different. The first coat was a little sheer, but with the second coat it was fully opaque. I love it and instantly wanted to go to the beach. I'm beginning to think blues put me in a beachy mood.
